lrOSedCaptioning (Co allows you to

ead the voice content of television pro-

grams on the TV screen. Designed to help

the hearing impaired, this feature uses on-

screen "text boxes" to show dialogue and

conversations while the TV program is in

progress.

Press the CC button on the

remote to display the current Closed

Caption setting.

Press the CC button repeatedlyto choose from the four Closed

Caption options (CC Off, CCI,

CC2, or CC Mute). CC Mute will

activate Closed Captioning when the

MUTE button is pressed.

When finished, press the STA-TUS/EXIT button to remove the

menu from the TV's screen.

Caption modes (CC I, or CC2) nec-

mission of a closed caption program.
